Jun 18, 2020 - Last Chance to Apply for Paycheck Protection Program Funds: June 30 Deadline!
Time is running out to apply for a Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan to help your small business through the COVID-19 crisis. There is still more than $120 billion available and the June 30 deadline to apply is fast approaching!Click here for details on PPP loan.

May 5, 2020 - If you entered an application for EIDL (Economic Injury Disaster Loan) and have a confirmation number starting with a "2",
 you probably used an older application version. If you have not already done so, please go back into the SBA application and use the streamlined version (link below) to receive a confirmation number the starts with a "3" (even though it says "agricultural" on the application still re-apply). To resubmit your information, go to https://covid19relief.sba.gov/#/. SBA will match your two applications and keep your application in the queue. Please contact the local MSBDC office to make an appointment with your advisor, or be assigned to an advisor, to help you with the streamlined application.

The Senate Small Business Committee releases a Guide to the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act
Small businesses already feeling huge drop in demand due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), new study shows. A just released national study found that 69 percent of U.S. small businesses have already experienced a large drop in demand due to the coronavirus pandemic and 60 percent believe demand will continue to decline.Read more.

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is offeringfederal disaster loans for working capital to Massachusetts small businesses suffering substantial economic injury as a result of the Coronavirus. We're asking for your input to ensure that economic recovery programs and policies are informed by your current needs.

This survey is for small businesses with 500 employees or less. It's available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole and Mandarin. It should take less than 10 minutes of your time. Your answers will be analyzed together with other responses and will never be used to identify you personally. This survey will be open for a short period of time. We provide free, confidential, one-to-one business assistance and free or low-cost educational training programs to prospective and existing small businesses throughout the Commonwealth. The MSBDC fosters the start, growth and sustainability of small business by providing high-quality, in-depth advising, training and capital access.

Areas of assistance include, but are not limited to: business plan development, preventure feasibility, cash flow analysis, personnel and organizational issues, conventional andnon-conventional financing, marketing, international trade, SBIR and government procurement.
