万古神帝张若尘免费Our phones will be staffed Monday-Friday, 10 AM-6:00 PM and Saturday, 10 AM-2:00 PM, but the library building will remain closed to public entry. We will continue to offer curbside pick-up for the foreseeable future.

How Curbside Pick-Up Works

• Hours of service: Monday-Friday, 10 AM-6:00 PM; Saturday, 10 AM-2:00 PM
• Call (585) 340-8720 to submit a request for items (no more than ten items at a time, please) and to schedule and reserve a pick-up time slot.? You may also submit a request using our online form.
• We will have pick-ups every half-hour beginning one half-hour into the service period each day (e.g., you may select to pick up your items at 10:30 AM, 11:00 AM, 11:30 AM, 12:00 PM, etc., except for 1:00 PM weekdays) with last pick-up weekdays at 5:00 PM and 1:30 PM on Saturday.? A maximum of six people may schedule to pick up their items at any one of these pick-up times. An appointment for pick-up at a certain time means that you may claim your items at any time during the half-hour designated.? For example, items scheduled for pick-up at 12:30 may be picked up any time from 12:30 through 12:59.? Items not picked up at the scheduled time will be returned to the shelves.
• To pick up your requested items at your scheduled time, pull into the traffic circle and wait to get out of your car until yours is the first in line. Once your car is first in line in the traffic circle, you may approach the entry to the Community Center and identify yourself to the staff member behind the glass door. Once you have moved back at least six feet from the door, the staff member will place your bagged items on the ground outside. Please wait for the staff member to move back behind the door before moving to take your items.

Summer Family Story Time – Virtual Story Time

Enjoy books, songs, fingerplays and fun with Mrs. Carpenter.?Register?to receive a link to a short virtual storytime video?clip?each week on Monday?mornings, June 29 – August 10.?Though 10:00-10:30 AM is listed as the scheduled program time, the video link will be posted for you to watch at your leisure!

New On-Demand Video Streaming Services

Penfield Public Library is proud to now offer access to Access Video on Demand: Master Collection and Access Video on Demand: Just for Kids to our patrons! Find out more about all the options available to you and your family through this platform.

Mobile Hotspots Available at PPL

If you’re in need of wifi, a limited quantity of mobile hotspots are available at the PPL for check-out and curbside pick-up!

Need Health Insurance?

CCSI’s Navigator and ABD Facilitated Enrollers are working remotely and can help you apply for health insurance over the phone for free! Navigators assist those up to age 65 with applying for health insurance (call 585.613.7662, remain on the line, and you will be assisted to schedule an appointment for a navigator to call you back). ABD Facilitated Enrollers assist those over age 65, blind, or disabled to apply for Medicaid programs (call 585.613.7662, press #3 to leave an message, and an FE will call you back). This program serves Monroe and Livingston Counties.

Changes to Item Due Dates

All items charged to your account as of Sunday, June 7 have a due date of Wednesday, July 1. Beginning Monday, June 8, all items checked out from Penfield Public Library via curbside pick-up will have “normal” due dates. For instance, if you check out a book from PPL on June 8, that book will be due back in three weeks. In the same way, if you check out a DVD from PPL on June 8, that DVD will be due back in one week.

Our outdoor bookdrop remains open 24/7, so you may return your items at your leisure. Please keep track of your items’ due dates as we transition back to normal operating due dates.

Items returned to PPL via our bookdrop undergo a mandatory quarantine period that requires a minimum of 72 hours to complete, after which your items will be discharged from your account. You will not be charged overdue fees for the days your items are in quarantine even if your account lists those items as overdue.

Some of BookBrowse’s content is publicly available, but many premium features are accessible only by subscription. Library patrons can now use their library card to access members-only content!

We now offer wireless printing! Whether inside or outside the library, just go to http://www.printeron.net/ppl/main , upload your document, then pick it up using our document station. Our station will remember your document for 3 days.? The cost is 15? per black and white side and $1.00 per color side.
