Mobile Hotspots Available at PPL If you’re in need of wifi, a limited quantity of mobile hotspots are available at the PPL for check-out and curbside pick-up!
Need Health Insurance? CCSI’s Navigator and ABD Facilitated Enrollers are working remotely and can help you apply for health insurance over the phone for free! Navigators assist those up to age 65 with applying for health insurance (call 585.613.7662, remain on the line, and you will be assisted to schedule an appointment for a navigator to call you back). ABD Facilitated Enrollers assist those over age 65, blind, or disabled to apply for Medicaid programs (call 585.613.7662, press #3 to leave an message, and an FE will call you back). This program serves Monroe and Livingston Counties.

Every issue contains a link to register for programs online. | Changes to Item Due Dates All items charged to your account as of Sunday, June 7 have a due date of Wednesday, July 1. Beginning Monday, June 8, all items checked out from Penfield Public Library via curbside pick-up will have “normal” due dates. For instance, if you check out a book from PPL on June 8, that book will be due back in three weeks. In the same way, if you check out a DVD from PPL on June 8, that DVD will be due back in one week. Our outdoor bookdrop remains open 24/7, so you may return your items at your leisure. Please keep track of your items’ due dates as we transition back to normal operating due dates. Items returned to PPL via our bookdrop undergo a mandatory quarantine period that requires a minimum of 72 hours to complete, after which your items will be discharged from your account. You will not be charged overdue fees for the days your items are in quarantine even if your account lists those items as overdue. 2020 Summer Reading Program For Children: This summer we’re offering?online reading game registration?for children entering kindergarten through sixth grade. Your child must be registered in order to pick up materials curbside at Penfield Public Library. Penfield Public Library has purchased access to the READsquared App to make registering and logging information easier! Search your Google Play Store or App Store for the READsquared App and install on your phone. Once installed, search for Penfield Public Library and you can begin. For Teens: Writing club, author visit, circus – find out about the cool virtual programs we’re having for teens in our?teen flier! For Adults: For every book you read beginning June 29, fill out an entry slip for a chance to win a prize. Details on how to submit your entries will be released at a later time. Meanwhile, you can view and print the?entry slip?to fill out at home, or wait until we release submission information to complete your entries.
